Coach Selection Process for 2012-2013 is underway, News (Huron-Perth Lakers AAA Minor Hockey Association)

The Huron-Perth Lakers now look to continue building on our Association's success with the commencement of the Coach Selection process for the 2012-2013 season.

Huron-Perth provides a premium AAA hockey experience that is well recognized across the Province & North America for fielding highly competitive teams. This success is shared with our local centres and their initial development of the players coming to our organization. But the largest and most important contributor is the high performance environment created and provided by our Coaches. 

This year, the Executive will again utilize a Coach Selection Committee consisting of a combination of experienced, highly qualified individuals - both from the Executive and beyond our organization. This Committee has accepted the responsibility of ensuring the best coaching candidates are recommended for the Head Coaching positions. 

Although the process is in place, the Lakers are requesting your assistance. As members of our organization you have a vested interest in our success as well. If you are aware of a potential Coaching Candidate that you feel could be a valuable asset to our Association please encourage them to apply or simply pass on their name to our Selection Committee. 

The application process begins immediately and runs until January 23rd. A link to the application form is provided at the end of this article. Interviews will be conducted at the discretion of the Coach Selection Committee into February.
