Laker Registration Day, Calendar (Huron Perth Lakers)

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on joining the Lakers family!

Our first order of business is our REGISTRATION DAY on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at the Rotary Centre (RBC/Molson arenas), in Stratford.

Several activities are planned for this day, and it is important that you adhere to the strict schedule that is implemented.

Laker clothing, apparel, hockey bags, official Laker hockey pants, gloves and additional hockey equipment will be available to order and purchase from Dunny’s Source for Sports there will be several tables set up in the main lobby area of the Rotary arena.

When you arrive your child can proceed to the 2^nd floor, where all Laker teams will be circulated in through the Hockey Training Above facility for a team off ice work out.  Players are required to bring indoor shoes, and work out apparel.  Please be ready at your designated time!  This will likely be the first time you will meet your full Laker team….so be ready to work hard and have fun!

Parents can then proceed to the end of the hall on the main level, to room 136, where you will officially register your Laker player.  This will involve providing a cheque/cash for the annual registration fees of $2 300.  As an alternative you can have your registration fees divided into 5 equal payments of $460 commencing May1 (and monthly thereafter) and have this directly debited from you bank account.  A void cheque and bank waiver (PAD agreement) are necessary to implement this.  Copies of the PAD agreement will be made available.  Please note that post dated cheques will no longer be accepted.  As well, please note that all NSF debits will be charged an administration fee of $50.

You will also notice that new this year the Lakers have partnered with MSPAR to provide baseline concussion management testing for all players.  This fee is incorporated into your registration costs.  Dan MacIntosh from MSPAR will be available at 10:30am and 12:30pm to provide information and answer any questions about concussions and baseline testing at that time.
