Bantam teams will see Familiar Faces on their Bench Next Season
The Huron Perth Lakers are happy to announce the Bantam Coaches for next year.
Our Minor Bantam team will have Mike Carter take the reigns. Mike has coached Bantam and Minor Midget teams for HPL and he looks forward to getting to work with the the Minor Bantams. Mike owns and operates a business and resides in Milverton.
Mike has been involved in all aspects of hockey over the past 30+ years, including playing, coaching, training, managing and referring. As a player, Mike has junior experience with the Mitchell Hawks and Listowel Cyclones, along with Senior experience with the Milverton Four Wheel Drives. As a coach, Mike has experience with all age groups and levels of minor hockey.Mike's philosophy on coaching is hard work, in a fun, team-first environment. He is looking forward to working with the 2002's this year.
Mark Livermore will be the head coach of the Major Bantams. He has just finished a great season with this team who won the Great Lakers Cup, finished second in the East and had a strong post season in Alliance Playdowns. Mark is a Clinton native now residing in Exeter with his family. He played all of his minor hockey in Clinton then graduating to play junior for the Wingham Ironmen and Exeter Hawks. Right out of junior Mark stepped right into coaching. For 20 years he has coached all levels of minor hockey and 8 years of Junior and Senior.
