Police Check Declaration form

To be completed annually and sent to the Director of Risk Management prior to the season "Staff and executive that require a criminal record shall submit the original criminal record form and may choose to complete the Declaration form thereafter, pending no changes in criminal history. "

2016-2017 Minimum Suspension List

Please review the minimum suspension list as there are several new accumulated suspensions. It is important the players are made aware of these as well. There are several new penalty codes so it is advisable that you have a copy with you at games in case you need to clarify with the officials.

Slew Foot Penalties

This Hockey Canada video provides examples of "Slew Foot" infractions. Penalties have increased. A player who slew fonts an opponent shall be given a double minor penalty and a game misconduct if he is standing still while committing the foul (Rule 7.4 (b) GM54) two game suspension. If a player is moving/skating or if an injury results from the infraction, the player will be given a Match penalty (Rule 7.4 (b) MP48 four game suspension
