Shaun enters his second year at the helm of a Lakers team, after guiding the 1991 group to their most successful season ever in 2006-2007.  He is an NCCP Intermediate Level Coach, with additional coaching experience at the Junior 'C' level (Goderich Sailors, 2004-2006).  A multi-sport athlete, Shaun has NCAA Division I experience in both hockey (Cornell Big Red, 1998-1999) and baseball (Ohio Bobcats, 2001-2003).  He also has OHL playing experience (Kingston Frontenacs, 1999-2000).  Shaun was also named to the first team All-Academic Mid-American Conference in 2003 as a pitcher at Ohio, and continues to emphasize the importance of education to the players he coaches.  Shaun and his wife Erin currently reside in Goderich.

Ryan, originally a native of Sault Ste. Marie, has coaching experience in numerous sports that spans over a decade.  As a player, he finished his career in the Elite League in Australia while obtaining his teacher's certification.  He has recently moved to the Stratford area and is currently in his fifth year as a Physical Education teacher.  Ryan owns a four-year Bachelor of Physical Education degree from Brock University, and is also a certified personal trainer.
