Major Atoms' & Major Peewees' Toy Drive a Success
It is no secret that Huron and Perth Counties have been hard hit by the economic downturn and the reality is Santa needed some extra elves this year to ensure that every child will have a gift under the tree this Christmas. The Huron Perth Lakers Major Atom and Major Peewee teams joined forces this year to help provide a memorable holiday season for deserving families in the Huron Perth area.
The Huron Perth Lakers collected toys, clothes and food vouchers for the Huron & Perth County Christmas Bureaus. Their donations will help make the Christmas holidays a little brighter for some needy families and deserving children. It is one small way that Huron Perth Lakers Major Atom and Major Peewee teams can give back to their communities that they represent. Thanks for making it a success!!!
