Lakers Shutout Waterloo Wolves 3 - 0
The Major Bantams travelled to the RIM Centre on Sunday, 30 Oct 11 to play the Waterloo Wolves and came away with solid win in game which saw minimal penalty calls as both teams got down to simply play great end to end hockey.
The Lakers had steady goal production, led by Cullen Mercer with a goal in both the 1st and 2nd periods, assisted by Trent Dundas, Kenny Huether, Jamie Huber and Blake Nichol.
Kenny Huether was rewarded with a short handed goal while on the PK to give the Lakers the win, while Owen West was flawless in net to take away a well deserved shut out.
