Edge Again™

Edge Again™, a hand-held rechargeable ice skate sharpener that is highly engineered and extensively tested, is manufactured by Magna Closures, a division of Magna International. This new and innovative product is revolutionary in the sense that it allows hockey trainers and players to quickly sharpen their skates “on-the-fly” as opposed to relying on the traditional blade sharpening machines commonly found in arena pro shops or sports retailers. The patented diamond coated "Tusk" technology behind Edge Again™ automatically aligns itself on the blade to simultaneously microfile four sides of the blade at once to repair both inner and outer edges. The product is currently being used by many NHL teams and other professional and junior hockey teams throughout North America. Edge Again™ is important on the road where there is not always a pro shop open for skate sharpening. Edge Again™ comes in a manual, non-motorized version, and a rechargeable, motorized version. This device is sold as a single skater, goaltender unit or in a traditional trainer’s kit including both the skater’s device as well as the goaltender version of the device.×

Ontario Hockey League

The Ontario Hockey League is a proud member of the Canadian Hockey League which is the world’s largest development hockey league with 60 teams in nine Canadian provinces and five American states. In addition to the OHL, the CHL is made up of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and the Western Hockey League. Last season, more than nine million fans attended CHL games in the regular season, playoffs and at the MasterCard Memorial Cup. The CHL supplies more players to the National Hockey League than any other league. Last season 527 graduates attended Canadian Universities on scholarships from CHL teams.×
