Over the past 9 years, the Great Lakes Cup has hosted hundreds of top-ranked teams from all over Ontario and the US. A popular tourist attraction, Stratford is located in the heart of Southwestern, Ontario. Stratford is host to many tourist attractions such as the Shakespeare Festival, Art Galleries, Unique Shops, and fantastic Restaurants.

Acceptance:
All teams will be notified via email with a confirmation of acceptance by the tournament director. Any teams that are not accepted will be issued a full refund of the deposit.
Hotel Policy:
Teams requiring hotels must book through HTG Sports for acceptance into the tournament. Group rates and room blocks have been arranged and can be booked through the HTG platform for your convenience. Teams will be provided with a link once accepted into the tournament.
Refund Policy:
In a situation where teams will not be able to attend due to COVID-19 reasons, the committee will offer a full refund. Teams withdrawing due to non-COVID-19 reasons will be charged an administrative fee. Please review the full refund policy on the payment page during registration for details.
Rosters & Travel Permits:
Teams must upload their approved official roster and travel permits to the HTG platform. After registration you will receive an email with a link to provide this information. Deadline to upload this information is November 30, 2021.
