Over the past 11 years, the Great Lakes Cup has hosted hundreds of top-ranked teams from all over Ontario and the USA. A popular tourist attraction, Stratford is located in the heart of Southwestern Ontario. It hosts many tourist attractions such as the Shakespeare Festival, Art Galleries, Unique Shops, and fantastic Restaurants.

Acceptance:
All teams will be notified via email with a confirmation of acceptance after registration is completed. Teams must complete full payment or a deposit of $250 within 14 days of acceptance to reserve their spot in the tournament. Payment types accepted are Cheque and or E-Transfer.

Hotel Policy:
Teams requiring hotels must book through HTG Sports for acceptance into the tournament. Group rates and room blocks have been arranged and can be booked through the HTG platform for your convenience. A booking link will be distributed to all teams on Wednesday, November 1st, @ 9:30 AM EST. This link will be released on the Tournament website to ensure all teams can book desired hotels equally.


Refund Policy:
If the Huron Perth Lakers are required to cancel the tournament due to public health requirements, all teams registered to play will receive a full refund of the tournament fees paid within 30 days of cancellation. The decision to cancel the tournament will be based on directions from local public health officials. Any team withdrawing for any reason will be issued a full refund of the tournament fee(s), less a $50 administration fee if requested before October, 31st 2023. Teams that withdraw after this time will forfeit all tournament fee(s) paid.

Rosters & Travel Permits:
All teams must submit an approved roster and travel permit by Thursday, November 30th. A link will be provided to all teams to upload these documents. Teams must submit documents by this time to play in the tournament.
