The following is from OHF regarding a series of surveys they will be conducting throughout the season.

As a Member of the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF), we are forwarding the following survey. Ontario Hockey Federation Preparation Survey – Part 1
The Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) wants to understand your experiences with the new Playing Regulations for the 2023-2024 season. Three (3) surveys will be sent over the 2023- 2024 hockey season. Each survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The first survey will explore your experience with the Preparation and Player Evaluation Phases.
As a reminder:
• The Preparation Phase is pertaining to non-team development opportunities that take place once the play-offs are complete and before the Player Evaluations commence.
• There has been a change in terminology from Tryout to Player Evaluation. Player Evaluation provides flexibility in the format that Associations’ tier their Registered Participants, allowing and encouraging tiering players with similar skills. Tryouts, a player either makes the team or does not.
Your feedback will be used in future decisions that support player development.
Should you assume multiple roles (i.e., parent and Association administration), and you’re willing, we’d love to hear both perspectives. Simply click "submit another response" once you have completed the first survey.
Your participation is completely voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to and may stop the questionnaire at any time. You may also withdraw from the project at any time without penalty. Your decision to withdraw will not impact your involvement with your Association, Membership, or the Ontario Hockey Federation.
All survey data will be anonymous. Your name will not be recorded anywhere. For reporting purposes, your responses will be grouped together with other participants. All responses you provide will remain completely confidential.
