Auburn Developments is a multi-faceted land development and land investment Corporation. Its interests include various aspects of real estate development and investment in which it has been active for many years. Real estate development in City of London and Southwestern/Central Ontario area has been at the core of Auburn’s business since the late 1940’s. Initially a local house building operation, Auburn’s business evolved into large-scale residential apartments and development of building lots for single-family residential purposes. Other areas of real estate were added over time to the Company’s portfolio. Auburn’s initial business consisted of real estate construction which evolved into several areas of real estate development and investment. These include every phase of development from land analysis and acquisition and municipal approvals to construction of infrastructure and disposition of lots/blocks for residential uses as well as development of commercial retail sites, office buildings and rental apartment buildings including construction and marketing of townhouse condominiums. Although Auburn has traditionally completed development of previously inventoried land holdings the future focus is on the acquisition and construction of carefully researched, strategically located real estate in high growth centres.
