Website Addition: Automatic Schedule Change Notification
The latest enhancement to the Lakers website went “live” earlier today. Each team will now receive an automatic email notification whenever a change is made to their schedule (games and practices) within the next 14 days.

Changes to games or practices more than 14 days in the future will not generate an email notification so, as before, please remember to consult your team’s calendar on the website regularly as the schedule does change from time to time.

An example email notification appears below:

Subject: Major PeeWee Practice Schedule Add Notification

This email was generated on 2/13/2007 at 12:02 AM

A change to the practice schedule was made that will affect the next 14 days. A new practice is scheduled as follows:

Date & Time: Sunday, February 18, 2007, 4:00 PM-5:30 PM
Venue: Maitland Recreation Centre

Please remember that you should consult the team's calendar on the website frequently as it does change from time to time.

Development of the Lakers website continues to progress as enhancements are added to further the site’s evolution into the “one-stop shop”, central communication point for all Lakers information. Further website enhancements are planned (including an on-line Lakers Gear store) and will continue to roll-out over the next several months.
