Please welcome Dawson Smith as our new HPL Major Bantam Coach!
Dawson is a proud resident of Monkton, Ontario! He played 4 years with the Huron Perth Lakers and went on to enjoy 5 years of Junior Hockey with the Wingham Ironmen and the Listowel Cyclones where he helped his team win a League Championship.
Dawson has both Head coaching and Assistant coaching experience at various levels within AAA hockey and most recently coached last season as an Assistant Coach for the Listowel Cyclones Junior B team.
Dawson believes the key to team success is commitment, discipline, work ethic and focus both on and off the ice and he promotes a “Team First” concept to ensure team and player success.
