Mitchell Community Centre next Thursday May 4th.

All new Lakers and all Minor Atoms are reminded to bring a copy of their birth certificate with them to the registration night. Please bring payment to your scheduled registration time.

We are pleased to welcome Andrew Hopf to speak to our teams on "Engineering the Optimal Athletic Machine".
Andrew attended the University of Waterloo and obtained both a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (2007) and a Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology (2009). During his Master’s program, Andrew founded Next Level Performance Training. Since that time he has been helping athletes of all ages, sports, and ability levels optimize their health and performance.
Andrew is also a highly sought after speaker on the topics of nutrition and performance enhancement. He is a regularly travels all over Ontario speaking at major OHF and OHL events, spreading the message of proper nutrition and preparation habits.
He is currently the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Waterloo, and the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Owen Sound Attack (OHL), a position he has held for the past five seasons.
Registration Fee
The Huron Perth Lakers have always maintained the value approach to accessible, affordable AAA hockey in Ontario and we take great pride in that fact. The registration fee for the 2017-18 season is $2,400. Not only do we provide one of the lowest fees in the region, the Lakers provide an opportunity for every player to generate enough funds through organizational and team fundraising to cover most of the entire cost to play AAA hockey. Paying for registration is made convenient and reasonable for families. Parents are able to make a one-time payment of $2,400.00 at Laker Registration Day on Thursday, May 4th or opt to provide a void cheque and fill out the pre-authorized payment form in order to have five (5) payments of $480 each automatically withdrawn on the following dates: May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, August 1st and September 1st. Post-dated cheques are no longer accepted. Please note that an administration fee of $50.00 will be charged for any payments not completed.
