Submitted By webmaster on Tuesday, January 2, 2018
The Huron-Perth Lakers now accepting coaching applications for the 2018-2019 teams.  Huron-Perth provides a premium AAA hockey experience that is well recognized across the Province & North America for fielding highly competitive teams. This success is shared with our local centres and their initial development of the players coming to our organization. But the largest and most important contributor is the high performance environment created and provided by our Coaches. This year, the Executive will again utilize a Coach Selection Committee consisting of a combination of experienced, highly qualified individuals - both from the Executive and beyond our organization. This Committee has accepted the responsibility of ensuring the best coaching candidates are selected to the Head Coaching positions. Although the process is in place, the Lakers are requesting your assistance. As members of our organization you have a vested interest in our success as well. If you are aware of a potential Coaching Candidate that you feel could be a valuable asset to our Association please encourage them to apply or simply pass on their name to our Selection Committee. The application process begins immediately. A link to the application form is provided at the end of this article.

Interviews will be conducted at the discretion of the Coach Selection Committee. Thank you to all coaching candidates for submitting your application & your interest in Lakers Hockey. Regards, Huron-Perth Lakers Executive Selected Head Coaches are eligible to receive: • Excellent Expense & Compensation remuneration • Reimbursement for updated Coaching Certification • Opportunity to Coach our area's Premier, High-Performance Athletes • Opportunity to Coach at the highest level of Minor Hockey available
