What do you need to bring to tryout for one of our Minor Atom-Minor Midget teams?
1) Signed Permission to Skate form from your Home Centre brought to first tryout. We will accept Alliance Hockey and OMHA Forms as long as they are signed by your Home Centre.
2) Registration fee $80 (or $100 if online was not completed) paid at first tryout
3) IF coming from another AAA Centre bring your signed F1 Waiver form All forms,
