Team Personnel, Roster, Major Bantam, 2009-10 (Huron Perth Lakers)

Mich is a returning Lakers coach having coached the 1995 age group last season (their Minor Bantam year) and was also an Assistant Coach for the '95 group's Minor Atom and Major Atom seasons.

Mich has a good playing background and several years coaching experience, both as a Head Coach and Assistant Coach, in the Wallace Minor Hockey and Lakers organizations.

A student of the game, Mich's coaching experience has been derived from observing and being mentored by other coaches during both his playing and coaching careers. Mich's core values of strong work ethic, empowerment, fairness and respect serve him well as he strives to provide a rewarding experience of learning, personal development and outstanding team achievement.

A non-parent Head Coach, Marc has nevertheless followed the 1995 age group in Huron-Perth with interest over the last three or more years. He has direct Lakers experience as he has been both an assistant coach and a manager with the Lakers 95s over the past two seasons. Two seasons that saw this age group steadily improve and have their best season ever in 2009-10.

Marc’s playing experience grows out of the Listowel Minor Hockey system where he graduated to move on and play for the Listowel Cyclones OHA Jr. B team.

He has extensive coaching experience going back long before he joined the Lakers, including:
