The members of the Huron Perth Lakers Major Peewee team
decided to make someone’s Christmas a little brighter.
The team sponsored a family for Christmas through the Salvation Army. Each player donated money to purchase gifts for the adopted family. The team went on a shopping spree, buying gifts that were on the family’s Christmas list. All gifts were dropped off at the Stratford Salvation Army to be delivered to the family in time for Christmas morning.
The boys were very eager and excited to be able to make a difference and give back to their community, especially during the holiday season.
Happy Holidays from the '03's.
