Alliance Hockey has updated their Return to Hockey (RTH) plan with more information regarding Programming, Vaccinations, Accommodations and Protocols.

Accommodation Requests

All Accommodation Requests MUST be approved by the Alliance prior to participation in tryouts. The only documentation we are permitted to accept at the registration desk will be a Proof of Vaccination receipt. All other documentation (unless approved by the Alliance) will be denied and the participant will not be allowed to participate.

Q: What documentation do I need to bring to the first tryout?

A: All participants must present a Permission to Skate / F1 Waiver & Proof of Vaccination receipt. Any accommodation requests used in place of a Vaccination Receipt must be approved by the Alliance prior to participation. An Association Delegate will be at all tryouts to review and process all required documentation.

Q: How do I complete the COVID pre-screening?

A: All facilities have varying policies with regards to pre-screening. This includes scannable QR codes and paper forms available at the entrance of the facility. 

Q: When should we arrive to check-in?

A: All participants should arrive at the facility no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ice session. The association delegate will review documentation, provide a jersey number and provide any necessary information.

Q: When can we enter the facility?

A: Participants will not be allowed into the facilities until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled ice session. It is strongly encouraged to come to the arena partially dressed to avoid delays getting on the ice.

Q: Do I keep my tryout jersey with me?

A: No. Participants must hang up their jersey in the dressing room after the session to be collected by the coaching staff.

Q: How will lineups and releases be communicated?

A: All teams will post tryout updates on their respective team pages. This includes lineups, releases, and general information from the coaching staff. Please keep an eye out for updates throughout the tryout process.

Q: I have been released from the team and wish to pursue another AAA team. What is the process?

A: All players must obtain an F1 AAA Waiver prior to being permitted to tryout with another center. These are done digitally and must be requested using the form below. Requests will not be approved unless the Head Coach has provided a formal release after an evaluation.
