Opening Ceremonies less then a week away!
With the work complete, the planning and organizing in place, the teams decided, there is only one thing left to do.....  "Drop That Puck!"

And at 9am on Monday March 24th that is exactly what we will do when the Toronto Marlies face off against the Soo Thunder in the 1st of 25 games being played over the 6 days of competition.

After a extremely busy weekend across the Province, we have our 7 teams.

GTHL Champions- Toronto Marlboros
OMHA Champions- York Simcoe Express
Alliance Champions- Elgin Middlesex Chiefs
NOHA Champions- Soo Thunder
HNO Champions- Thunder Bay Kings
ODMHA Champions- Upper Canada Cyclones
Alliance Host- Huron-Perth Lakers

To view the path each team took to reach Stratford, please visit the tournament website & click on 'Participating Teams'. As well, the updated schedule is now posted and each game gaurantees to be exciting from start to finish.

Don't miss your chance to cheer on your Lakers as they will play 2 games on Monday. At 11am, the Thunder Bay Kings will be welcomed to town by the Lakers. At 7pm the Opening Ceremonies will take place followed by a spirited tilt between League Rivals as the Lakers will face the Alliance Champion Elgin Middlesex Chiefs. It was the Chiefs that eliminated the Lakers in the Alliance Semi-Finals so payback will be on the minds of our players!

In addition to some great give-aways during the Opening Ceremonies, Hyper Apparel and Sales Creators will have Championship & Lakers merchandise available. Dunny's Source for Sports will be there as well with a special guest appearance in tow.

Don't miss out on your chance to be part of Lakers history. Plan on attending the 2008 All-Ontario Bantam 'AAA' Championship!!
