Kevin Meriam '93 Minor Midget Coach in 08-09
The Huron-Perth Lakers are pleased to announce that Kevin Meriam is the coach of the Lakers Minor Midget team for the 2008-09 season.
Kevin has a depth of coaching experience having coached three teams in the Lakers organization, including this 1993 age group from November to the conclusion of the season when they were Minor Bantam age.
He also brings experience as both a parent of a player who has passed through the Minor Midget transition year between minor and junior hockey and as a former Junior C General Manager. His experience is backed up with his extensive hockey knowledge and no-nonsense approach.
Kevin is determined to establish a quality hockey program for the Minor Midget players as they enter their OHL draft year.
