Prep Skate Information – SMHA & Huron Perth Lakers
We’re excited to welcome players back for another year of development-focused prep skates,
jointly hosted by Stratford Minor Hockey Association (SMHA) and the Huron Perth Lakers (HPL).
Eligibility (OHF Regulation):
- Prep skates are considered part of the current season.
- Only players registered with the hosting Minor Hockey Association may participate.
- You must be currently rostered with an SMHA or HPL team to register.
Division Placement:
Register for the age group you played this season (e.g., if you played U14, register for U14 prep skates).
Cost & Inclusions:
- $120 per player
- Includes three (3) coach-led, skill-focused prep skates
- Each session is 1.5 hours
Schedule:
- Dates are posted on the SMHA and HPL websites.
