Former HPL player signs contract with Carolina Hurricanes.
Jeremy Welsh of Bayfield, a former Huron Perth Laker played his  first NHL game  on April the 7th,  after signing an entry level contract with the Carolina Hurricanes. 

Jeremy chose to pursue a NCAA scholarship at  Union College  in the state of New York after his HPL hockey. 

Congratulations to Jeremy and we will be sure to follow him next season!
