Lakers organization are pleased to announce Byron Leader as Head Coach of our
Midget team.
Byron is a Stratford
resident having played his minor hockey in Stratford and then progressing to
Junior hockey. Byron's Junior career was cut short by a bad automobile accident.
Byron turned his attention to coaching where he has coached at the Minor Hockey level for the past 10 years, being a part of three league championships and one OHF appearance. Byron is a proponent of the belief that with dedication, preparation, discipline and a strong work ethic, a hockey team will be successful on and off the ice.
