Seven Lakers playing in the upcoming All-Star Game on Saturday, December 15th!
There will be seven Lakers playing in the upcoming all-star game - defencemen Zach Jacobs and Greg Hansford and forwards Cullen Mercer, Jamie Huber, Kenny Huether and Ted Nichol. Defenceman Trent Dundas has also now been invited to play in this game replacing another injured player.
Game time is 1:00 on Saturday December 15at the Western Fair Sports Centre in London. General admission is $2.00, children 10 & under are free. Everyone is invited to come out and cheer on the boys!
ALLIANCE Hockey Minor Midget AAA All-Star Game Rosters Announced – 12/6/2012
Stratford, ON – ALLIANCE Hockey announced the Team Carter and Team Doughty Minor Midget AAA All-Star Game rosters today. The teams will compete at the All-Star Game scheduled for Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the Western Fair Sports Centre in London. “Some difficult decisions had to be made in selecting players for these two rosters. This is a very deep year for draft eligible players in ALLIANCE Hockey and we know there will be players drafted in April that are not on these two rosters and quite possibly not on the final Team ALLIANCE roster. The Scouting Staff and I will continue to watch all of the Minor Midget AAA players right up until we have to declare the final roster for Team ALLIANCE in April, said Gary McFarlane, Director of Operations, ALLIANCE Hockey Under 16 Team.” The All-Star Game time is set for 1:00pm and promises to be a great event.
