Submitted By kvollmer on Monday, April 7, 2014
The HPL Hockey Club is proud to announce Darcy Ballantyne's return to the position of Head Coach for the Major PeeWees.   Darcy had great success with last year's Major PeeWees and looks forward to another great season!

In addition to coaching last year's Major PeeWees, Darcy has 3 years coaching experience and several years with numerous teams working as a goalie coach for both boys and girls hockey.  He has coached spring hockey teams as well and is currently finishing up the season with the '03 Dunnys Source for Sports team.

Darcy's minor hockey was played in St.Marys and he spent 3 seasons with the Jr D Mitchell Hawks winning the All Ontario Championship in 93-94.

He finished his final season with the Tavistock Braves in 96-97. Darcy is excited about continuing on with the Lakers organization and is full of anticipation for the up coming season and all it has to offer.

If you have any questions regarding the Major PeeWee Program, please contact Darcy at [email protected].
