Founded in 1908 by Robert Wightman, Wightman Telecom has grown over the last 106 years to be one of Canada’s leading independent communications providers. In addition to supporting youth-related activities, education, and local healthcare, Wightman Telecom firmly believes in supporting local minor sports. “Our youth are the leaders of tomorrow, and we have a responsibility to help them grow and develop. The life skills, such as collaboration and camaraderie, that children learn through participation in minor sports, can have a lasting impact,” says Hope Robertson, Marketing Manager at Wightman Telecom.
