Minor Atoms defeated in lone weekend game

The Minor Atoms were defeated 3-1 by Waterloo in their lone game this past weekend. The Lakers quickly found themselves down 2-0 just 5 minutes into the game. Waterloo scored again in the 2nd stanza to take a 3-0 lead. Finally early in the 3rd period Camden Daigle scored on the PP from Tanner Dietz. Kyle Powers was steady in net and Sammy Sedley was one of just a few brights spots and earned the Laker Chain.
