It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday and thank you for booking your
team with our hotel for your regular season game in Oct. We we look forward
to hosting your team at our Comfort Inn & Suites. Please sign and return the
attachment by next week to confirm your booking.
The rate is starting at $112.99 however we also offer many suite types and
they are listed below. The rate includes internet, parking and a full hot
breakfast with items such as scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage
links, hot waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, variety of breads, oatmeal,
cereals, fresh baked onsite muffins, Danishes, coffee, tea, juice and
more.....We have a restaurant next door and we are close to many others and
shopping as well. All your necessities are right here. We will have all
your rooms on the main floor and I normally advise teams to check-in and
park outside their room to unload. All our guest rooms offer a fridge and a
microwave and the hotel was completely renovated in 2011. We offer an
indoor heated pool with a slide, hot tub and meeting space for your team.
We can also help plan meals at discounted prices. The menu is listed below
for you. As I mentioned, since we only have 2 meeting rooms we offer them
bookable the week before for a 4 hour time slot.
All families are to call the hotel directly at 519-972-1100 or email
<mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] and give the team
name, their names, mailing address, contact information and credit card. If
you email you can request the confirmation and call in with it with your
confirmation and provide a credit card later. This method is preferred.

SNK3-Jacuzzi Suite-beautiful large open concept room with a king bed,
pull-out sofa and 2 person Jacuzzi tub with fireplace.

Pre-planned meal options- based on a minimum of 20ppl. (can split orders by
2 item max.)
Pasta dinner served with penne with meat sauce, seasonal veggies, fresh
bread and garden salad. $9.99 per person
Roasted chicken & potatoes dinner with fresh bread, salad, seasonal
vegetables. $11.99 per person
Chicken parmesan & roasted potatoes dinner with fresh bread, salad, seasonal
vegetables. $12.99 per person
Pizza and wings dinner served with salad. $12.99 per person
Add $1 per person for a variety of pop included.
Taxes are additional and 13% & gratuity is up to you as it is delivery.
Once you have your game times please coordinate them with us so we can make
sure we are best prepared for your team.
