What is your most memorable athletic achievement?
My most memorable athletic achievement was winning the regional Silver Stick Championship with my team. Our team then got the opportunity to travel to Michigan and compete in the National Silver Stick tournament!
Outside of hockey what are you most passionate about?
Outside of hockey, I enjoy traveling to my family cabin in Northern Ontario where I can fish, four-wheel, and snowmobile with my family and friends.
How would you describe yourself as a player?
I would describe myself as a forward who plays a full 200-foot game. In the defensive zone, I am confident in blocking shots and using my size to win puck battles. In transition, I am strong on the back-check to angle and shut down my opponents. I am a heads-up player who's always looking to make a great play whether it's a pass to a teammate or a well-placed shot on the net.
What are your academic aspirations and accomplishments?
My goal this year is to maintain my honour roll status. My accomplishments academically include receiving the Math Award and Male Athlete of the Year Award. I still haven't decided what I want to pursue post-secondary but I am keeping my options open to find something that I am the most passionate about.
What is something about you that most people would not know?
I can solve a 2x2 Rubik's Cube in under 15 seconds and a 3x3 Rubik's Cube in under 60 seconds. I am currently working on solving the 4x4 Rubik's Cube.
