Huron Perth Lakers

The Huron Perth Lakers are now accepting Coaching Applications for the U10 to U18 age groups.

The 2014 Huron Perth Lakers travelled to Whitby this weekend to compete in the International Silver Stick finals.  The tournament hosted most of the top 30 teams from the USA and Ontario and was sure to be the toughest test yet for this talented young team.  The Lakers would be in a pool with a familiar foe in the Quinte Red Devils but would be rounded out by 3 new teams in the Vaughn Kings, Chicago Reapers and the Boston Minutemen Flames. 

The 2014 Huron Perth Lakers went undefeated on the weekend on route to taking the Kitchener Blueline Tournament championship.  The boys would outscore their opponents by a margin of 38-6 capped by a convincing 8-2 win over the Mississauga Rebels in the final!!  The team will be spending the rest of the month preparing for the prestigious International AAA Silverstick tournament held in Whitby at the end of the month.  This tournament will see 30 of the best U12 teams in Ontario and the Eastern United States face off for the title.
