The Huron Perth Lakers Minor Atoms won the Power Play Challenge portion of the Skills Competition at the Vic Teal International Christmas Tournament.
Teams competing in their division were from Ontario, New York and Ohio.
This event pits the offensive threat from one team against the defensive excellence of another. The objective of this competition is to score as many (Offensively) or deny the most (Defensively) goals possible in a set time frame of 60 seconds. Huron Perth Lakers Trevor Donaldson, Kaleb Pearson and Owen Gilhula were the winning offensive team and the only team to score in all three rounds. Joshua McNaughton, Trent Buchanan and Tanner Knechtel were the winning defensive team. Way to go Lakers!!
