Tryouts Begin on Tuesday
On Tuesday, tryouts for the Huron Perth Lakers AAA Major Midget team will commence. This is the beginning of an assembly process which will put an exceptional team together & we look forward to seeing talented local players on the ice.

The Lakers will be looking for complete players that offer skill & solid intangibles including desire, commitment & especially character. With the number of players coming into our camp that have spent the last week or so attending Jr. Camps, we should see some great competition.

Here is the start of the scheduled dates:

Tues Aug. 27th 8:30-10pm Stratford Rotary (RBC)
Thur Aug. 29th 9-10:30pm Stratford (Allman)
Tues Sept. 3rd 9-10:30pm Stratford (Allman)

For players that remain with their Junior clubs past Sept 3rd, we have added a session on Sat Sept 7th 1-2:30pm Stratford (Allman)

Our History page provides a clear and interesting picture of the consistent success of our program over the past three decades.
