Lakers Drop First Round Series To Waterloo
The minor midget squad lost its first playoff series this past weekend 3-0 to the regular season champion Waterloo Wolves. The boys showed signs of brilliance at times, but just couldn't put together a solid effort for the full 45 minutes. The team will now get a bye to the second round of the league playdowns, where they will meet the winner of the Kitchener / Brantford Series.
